Great Outdoors Academy needs your support
With arts and outdoors programs evaporating from our schools, and teens' attention outside he classroom being increasingly overtaken by various electronic devices, Great Outdoors Academy provides vital opportunities and experiences that might not otherwise exist for our young people. As a 501c3 non-profit social-impact organization, GOA's important work is made possible through your generous donations, in kind contributions and the work of committed volunteers. Our contributors and volunteers share GOA's belief that wilderness adventure and the expressive arts can have a uniquely positive impact on the lives of our young people. Great Outdoors Academy's expeditions help young people build self-confidence and peer relationships that will last a lifetime. The wilderness and the arts are nurturing, empowering, and rewarding experiences, and on every expedition we witness for ourselves how outdoor achievement builds self-esteem in young people, and how writing, photographing, or drawing the experience creates for them a unique connection, and a sense of stewardship.
Your tax deductible contribution will help us bring these unique experiences to as many young people as we are able. No gift is too small or too large.
Suggested donation levels $50, $100, $250, $500, $1000, $5000.
